The essence of this bachelor’s thesis is describe production of charging dock on FDM printer. The thesis virtually describes the whole process of manufacturing, from its 3D computer design, and setting up its production according to an applicable software, to its actual production. The thesis concludes with an economic evaluation and properties of the production process.

The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is innovative approach to design of recharge station for electric cars with technical, esthetic, ergonomic and economic demands. Another aim is also to fulfill social and psychological functions and address the public with not only thinking about alternative energy in transport.
